All of our designs are made and shipped from our Nashville, TN studio after each piece goes through a thorough quality inspection. The normal turnaround time in production is approximately 10-14 days, however, we can absolutely accommodate rush orders. Please make sure to contact us if you are concerned about timing. We stand by our designs and offer a lifetime guarantee for normal wear and tear with proof of receipt/purchase through an authorized retailer or our website.
