Production
It's important that you understand our no-return policy and the reason that we have this policy is that each piece is handmade, especially for you, once you place an order on our website. We do not keep items and designs in stock. Production time is approximately 7-12 days from the date that the order is placed. Please choose your pieces carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a piece. We are happy to help you via email and our designers can also try on accessories for you if you are unsure of sizing. If there is a current design on our site that you love, but perhaps want to change something on it. Not a problem! That's why everything is made to order. So just reach out and let's work together! 

Rush Orders
If you need a rush order we are happy to work with you for an additional $20 depending on the item and time frame. If you are concerned about timing, just email us and we will make sure to make a note of your event date so we can get your order to you in time. Shipping
Shipping costs vary to specific delivery areas and will be calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail (free if purchase is over $150) and UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available. Our turn around time does not include shipping.
