Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your designs, however, the online ordering process with our bridal accessories is similar to when you visit a bridal salon. Once your order is placed and and put into production, we do not offer a refund. That’s why it’s important to please choose your pieces carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a piece. Each time an order is placed on our website or through one of our retailers, it is made especially for you at that time. We don't keep designs in stock, therefore it would not be feasible for us to accept returns or exchanges for items that were made especially for you. We have a skilled team of designers to carefully handmake your design at the time of your order. We are more than happy to have one of our design studio designers try on accessories for you for sizing, etc., that we can email for further view.
If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged due to shipping or carelessness with handling, please email us: orders@hautebride.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
If the items damage is NOT due to shipping, you will need to notify us within 48 hours of item receipt and we will repair or replace as needed. After 48 hours of receipt, any damages to the item will fully be the responsibility of the buyer. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to being a part of your special day!
