Production
It's important that you understand our no-return policy and the reason that we have this policy is that each piece is handmade, especially for you, once you place an order on our website. We do not keep items and designs in stock. Production time is approximately 7-14 business days from the date that the order is placed. This time frame does not include each individual shipping carrier's delivery time. Please choose your pieces carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a piece. We are happy to help you via email and our designers can also try on accessories for you if you are unsure of sizing. If there is a current design on our site that you love, but perhaps want to change something on it. Not a problem! That's why everything is made to order. So just reach out and let's work together! 

Rush Orders (under 10-14 days from when the order is placed)
If your order requires a rush that needs to be shipped under our normal turnaround policy, we are happy to help. Please contact us if you are concerned about timing. There is also a box at checkout where the event date should be listed. Should your order require a rush, there would be a $20 rush fee added. 

Shipping
Shipping costs vary to specific delivery areas and will be calculated at checkout. Standard method is USPS Priority Mail (free if purchase is over $150) and UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available. Our turnaround time does not include shipping. 

All of our designs are made ship out of our Nashville, TN studio after they go through a thorough quality inspection. We stand by our designs and offer a lifetime guarantee for normal wear and tear with proof of receipt/purchase through an authorized retailer or our website.
