Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your designs, however, the online ordering process is like when visiting a bridal salon, once your order is placed and and put into production, we do not offer a refund. That’s why it’s important to please choose your pieces carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a piece. Please understand that we have a skilled team of artisans to carefully handmake your design at the time of your order, therefore we do not offer returns or exchanges. We are more than happy to have one of our design studio artisans try on accessories that we can email for further view if necessary. 

If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged due to shipping or carelessness with handling, please email us: orders@hautebride.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

If the items damage is NOT due to shipping, you will need to notify us within 48 hours of item receipt and we will repair or replace as needed. After 48 hours of receipt, any damages to the item will fully be the responsibility of the buyer. Thank you for your understanding.
